Health & wellness is such a natural part of my life. It’s more than something I love; it’s who I am.
Over the past few years as life continued to get busier, I started taking a more holistic approach to wellness. Eating more whole (real) foods, practicing yoga and meditation, spending more time in nature and so many other little things that I didn’t think were important. And it’s resulted in a healthier and more balanced life. And I’m grateful that I get to share my personal experiences and passion for wellness every single day with my community. Because I believe you can all be living a lifestyle that better supports your health and wellness, and enriches your mind, body and spirit.
On a professional note, I have a background in Kinesiology studies and certifications in group fitness, weight training yoga, and I've recently completed my IIN Health Coach certification.
