This generation of young girls are under so much pressure to look, feel and be perfect. The modern world encourages an unrealistic level of perfection that is unhealthy. This teen series is one way to teach girls that who they are, just as they are, is enough.
Workouts are designed to be fun and incorporate all aspects of a wellness program; strength, cardio, balance and flexibility. We gear these workouts towards all fitness levels and abilities. Dress with appropriate clothing layers and bring your own water bottle. Ages 11+
