STRETCH & BREATHE - HATHA YOGA

Stretch and breathe to release tension, stress and dis-ease that builds up in the body.  This mixed levels yoga class offers a welcoming space to create balance for body & mind. Come experience the powerful benefits of this practice. Suitable for beginners or those with a regular yoga practice. *Limited mat & prop availability. Please bring a mat, bolster, or block if you have them.

FLOW YOGA FUSION

The various yoga styles, Vinyasa, Hatha and Restorative, blend together beautifully in this flow inspired class. The class includes Sun Salutations, flowing asana sequences linking postures together and ends with a sequence of more supportive postures and Savasana. A lovely way to end your day and prepare the body for a restful sleep. Some experience is helpful but not essential. *Limited mat & prop availability. Please bring a mat, bolster or block if you have them.
